This recipe draws inspiration from a dish I love when fall comes creeping, "Kålpudding-panna". A hearty Swedish cabbage-meatloaf like dish, where I save time by pan-frying it. Instead of the minced meat, I used thinly sliced pork and lightly caramellized cabbage and Golden curry roux. A surprisingly delicious combo!
