Welcome to my food-space! I spend a lot of time cooking Japanese food, because I found authentic Japanese food is hard to come by where I live.

So here I'll be sharing recipes on both Authentic and typical home-cooked Japanese meals, as well as my own recipes drawing inspiration from the Japanese cuisine. As well as other Asian dishes that I like to make, like Kimchi etc.

Cabbage Curry

This recipe draws inspiration from a dish I love when fall comes creeping, "Kålpudding-panna". A hearty Swedish cabbage-meatloaf like dish, where I save time by pan-frying it. Instead of the minced meat, I used thinly sliced pork and lightly caramellized cabbage and Golden curry roux. A surprisingly delicious combo!
