Whisk the eggs

Add the soysauce, salt, sugar and MSG.

Step 3

Oil the pan well with a paper towel soaked in oil, then add a thin layer of eggs. When the eggs start to set - roll them up using a spatula or chopsticks, oil the pan again and add some more eggs. Repeat.


If you want, you can add things like nori, västerbotten-cheese or smoked salmon for the Swedish twist in this step.
